The Power of Your Word

Have you realised the importance of speaking God Words instead of your own negative words? Many a time, we tend to talk about believe God for some blessings, and the next moment, wonder if we will get it. As our thoughts swing here and there, we talk it out to friends etc. You might think it is harmless. But, being King and Priest, what you said become so be it. The situation around you will only change if you change the words you speak.

Kr through a few months of counseling her, I realised that she believe in the negative situations she encounters daily instead of what Lord said He will provide. In some angry situation, she even claimed that she did not want the blessings! Recently, Lord had been leading her closely; even sent a few of her colleagues to encourage her to come closer. Lord had told her about blessing her position in her career. She chose not to believe it. I told her if she wanted her situation changed, she must be careful what she talked. But her emotional swing still around. Hopefully she gets better as time past.

Sometime ago, Lord led me to pray for my husband career promotion and salary increase. That night, I told hubby about it. He, being a non believer in the spiritual world, rejected my prayer. On further prompting, questioning him about why he didn’t like to be promoted and pay increased. In the end, he said pay increase ok, but not promotion. This husband of mine…hiaz…seem to be the only person around me that will reject blessings out right. Next month is his pay adjustment month. Well, he already knew the result. Yes, he got a better pay increase as compared to last year. Sad to say, since he rejected the promotion, the promotion went to his colleague instead. Hiaz…what can I say, as a wife, just stand by him and hopefully Lord open his eyes one day.

On the way back from my driving lesson today, my heart was rather heavy because I saw hubby pretty depressed. Lord talked to me. He told me that this encounter will enable hubby to come to him faster. Ok, Praise the Lord! Amen!

Lamb of God

This morning, miracle morning…haha…first time opens the bible early in the morning. I was reading the Genealogy of Jesus. Lord God had promised that the saviour will come from Abraham family line. But when I read to Matthew 1:16, ‘Joseph, the husband of Mary, whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.’, this gets me thinking…Lord Jesus supposed to come from Abraham family line, yet Jesus was produced not of Joseph’s sperm, how to group him under Abraham family line.

While thinking on this, the idea came to me. Abraham had brought Isaac up the mountain to sacrifice to God. In the end, Lord God provided a lamb sacrifice instead. Holy Spirit pregnant Mary so that Lord Jesus was born. Lord God did it this way so that the human sacrifice is a divine exchange, from Lord God!

From church I know Lord Jesus was born to die for us. I didn’t see the connection that clearly till this morning. Actually, not the first time reading the Genealogy but this time, I got the connection sink into my heart. Praise the Lord!

WK added another important point:

Lord Jesus is linked to Abraham, the man of faith. We, who are of faith of Lord Jesus, are sons of Abraham, as what the bible says. As such, we need not die because Lord Jesus, the Lamb of God had took our place, just like the lamb God put in the mountain, took Issac’s place. Praise the Lord, Christ Jesus!

Abraham gave God the right to give His beloved son, that is the New Covenant! Praise the Lord!

Psalms 41

Psalms 41 is another very beautiful Psalm. I like to share parts of it with you. From writing the Psalms out, I realised how Good Father God has been treating us, His Children, I am so happy. With this revelation, Daddy God came and gave me a warmth hug for quite a while. Praise You, Beloved Daddy God!

Psalms 41:1-3

Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the Lord delivers him in time of trouble.

The Lord will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes.

The Lord will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness.

Psalms 41:10-13

But you, O Lord, have mercy on me; raise me up, that I may repay them.

I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.

In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.

Praise be to the Lord, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.

May you enjoy this Psalms as much as I derived from it about Daddy God loveliness.

Today, I was talking to WK about her meeting with her husband. Seem like Daddy God’s plan is flowing well. Now they are comfortable talking to each other. Let see when he move back home. Lord has created a golden opportunity for her hubby to visit their home that he has not step in for the last 5 years. I am waiting for the miracle of them coming back together to happen. :D Praise the Lord for such a wonderful plan.

Father God Goodness

This morning, WK was admiring her colleague’s shirt, it was very well ironed. His wife did the ironing. WK commented his wife has very good standard. Then she has this thought: wife makes hubby looks good, because she loves him and likewise husband makes wife looks good, because he loves her. Then Father God talked to her.

Father God told WK that He makes her look good because He loves her. He said if he has so painfully removed all her sins and curses and put them on Jesus, and Lord Jesus has painfully deal with them. Much more Father loves to put good things on her to make her look good for His glory! Praise the Lord! WK was very happy after that. :D

Recently, Lord had told me to read Psalm 31, I had read but it was when I wrote it out that it went into my heart. I had yet to write it, so Lord told me to read again. Last night, I finally wrote out the 2^nd part of it, and I finally saw the beauty of Lord in it. Praise the Lord. Below was the part that had brightened my eyes at midnight. :D

Psalm 31:19-24

How great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you, which you bestow in the sight of men on those who take refuge in you.

In the shelter of your presence you hide them from the intrigues of men; in your dwelling you keep them safe from accusing tongues.

Praise be to the Lord, for he showed his wonderful love to me when I was in a besiege city.

In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from your sight!” Yet you heard my cry for mercy when I called to you for help.

Love the Lord, all his saints! The Lord preserves the faithful, but the proud he pays back in full.

Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the Lord!

Praise the Almighty Lord Jesus, Father God and Holy Spirit! Amen!

My Mum n My Sis

Mum was not happy about me becoming a Christian 9 months ago. Nowadays, she let me pray for her whenever she has some body symptoms. Recently, she finally managed to sell away her shares that she had been holding on for quite a while. Even though she did not earn much, she called me up and told me to tithe $100 for her. I am so surprised! Praise the Lord!

Eldest sis, Ad and her daughters had their Holy Spirit baptized by me some weeks ago. But they never want to pray in tongue. Yesterday, elder niece had some growth on her little toe that sis called me up to pray for her. I guided them to take Holy Communion. Today, I was at her home again, I used the swollen toe to explain to sis and niece about how they could get their Holy Spirit to guide them pray for their needs. I even get JC to demo to niece on praying in tongue. Finally, niece and sis wanted to know what they should say. Holy Spirit, the Lord in me guided them. Praise the Lord!

Niece little toe was painful, I prayed for the swollen toe to get to normal and cast the pain away. After praying, she was not in pain anymore. The swollen part is gone. Her toe now back in shape. Praise the Lord!

I have been picking up driving at a driving school. With Lord’s blessing and grace, I have managed to stay calm during my lessons. Praise the Lord!

Lovely Daddy God

Last night, when talking to Kr, then I realise how wonderful and detailed is our Daddy God in thinking about me, about each of us. I have been leading Kr close to Lord for the past few months, all the while, I thought Lord wanted her to leave the ex company because Kr has the comfort of the basic salary, so she has a choice whether to trust Lord God or not.

When talking to her over the phone, I realised that Kr also had a good knowledge about her ex company. She need not trust Lord at all, that was what she has been doing. This new company, where Lord wanted her to be, has a vast range of products and the company doesn’t provide basic salary too.

Lord sends her there to learn how to trust Him. Lord has wanted to bless her for years. When Kr just married, Pastor Prince told her that she will be very successful in her job. 10-15 years had passed; Kr has yet to see her blessings, so she has been very unhappy with Daddy God.

Daddy God knew about her problems, He sends me to help her, to bring her close to Lord. However, the situation at work was not favourable place for Kr to learn about trusting Lord. So, Lord wanted her to go to this new company, to slowly learn about trusting Lord. Lord has wanted her to come close to enjoy His love and His blessings. O Daddy God, You are so Almighty and yet You are so lovely. Praise the Almighty Lord! :D

Last night, I was listening to KCM, Sunday sermon, ‘The blessings at Work in the Families’. They showed a section of Pastor David Crank, Jr. of Faith Church St Louis, preaching. In his sermon, he talked about His father has a moped that he loved to ride but the battery was dead on one. They went to a shop to buy a battery, but the shop has no stock. His father paid for the battery and the shop told them that it would be 3-4 weeks before the stock came. They were off to somewhere to preach, but the father did not make it back. He went back to the Lord and that was 3 years ago. David Crank went to the shop, after 8-10 wks after his father death, to collect the battery.

Lord wanted him to share this story in his sermon because David was there and he had seen the father paid the price. He knew what happened, when it happened and what happened. Lord wanted him to tell us, His kids, that He was dying on the cross, paid the price for us to receive everything. We know when it happened, where it happened and how it happened. Lord is such a good Father even better than David’s earthly father that He wrote it down on His last Will and Testament. He was concerned that we won’t get it that He rose from the dead and came back and make sure we get what He, Lord Jesus, had paid for. Praise the Lord!!!

Dear children of God, believe in Lord God love you, He wanted you to get whatever He had provided at the cross. Believe in His love and come close to Him so that you could receive His blessings. Amen!

Downpour of Blessings

Last week, I was wondering why I had yet to receive the sms on where to go for my care group gathering. I have bought my pork ribs that I was contributing for this gathering, assam pork. ;P I sms the person-in-charge husband to query, was told she would sms me the next day. Next day came and went with nothing happen. I decided not to worry but trusted Lord for it. Finally, I received the sms on Friday. Praise the Lord!

Sunday was a busy day for me. I woke up at 6:30am for the 1^st session church, meeting WK and sis for breakfast. After that I accompanied family on our first trip to the Giant warehouse grocery shopping in Tampines. On reaching home, I requested Lord to come into me to guide me to cook the assam pork. I tasted the sauce and found the assam taste pretty plain and decided to add a bit more assam juice. As I was getting the juice ready, Lord talked to me. He asked if I am putting the additional assam into the dish. I told Him yes, He said the taste just nice, told me not to add anymore assam. I obeyed and poured away the juice. When I brought the assam pork to the gathering, everyone liked it so much. One asked me how long had I been cooking, another asked how long I cook the pork ribs. Haha..it was a juicy and tender pork ribs. Thanks to the Lord!

Yesterday was another round of driving lessons. Past 3 lessons, I was pretty nervous and had been doing the curve and yet to pass thru that stage. I prayed to Daddy God to come into me, be my calmness, focus, and steadiness. In Him I would conquer this stage.

I was a bit late for the lesson, but was not panicky. This time round, I did my curve pretty well and I was so calm that I could drive and preach to the Muslim instructor about the goodness of my Lord Jesus. Praise the Lord!

I was at eldest sis place after that. Ad asked me if I wanted to pay for my girl to join my nieces to the Kidz Explorer in Pasir Ris. Ad told me that her girls got 2 free coupons and need not pay. I was hoping they had 3 coupons so that my girl, JC, need not pay. Anyway, JC joined her cousins and my brother-in-law brought them there. On return, bil told me that there were 3 coupons, so JC need not pay!

I told sis it was Lord’s blessing, sis agreed but bil said it could be they were given 3 instead of 2. I was pondering over it when Lord talked to me. He told me that they had only 2 coupons. I told sis about it and she confirmed. Sis is one that checked carefully, so she knew she had only 2 coupons. However, from the coupons being passed from sis to bil and then later to the cashier, miracle happened and the coupons became 3! Praise the Lord!

Last Friday, sister, Su was told by Lord to go to her husband’s flower shop to pray for the shop. Hallelujah, that evening the shop sold off one antique that had been on the shelf for sometime and her hubby’s partner was so happy about it that he called to thank sis. Yesterday, Lord told sis, when she was on her way home, to pray for the shop again. Moment after she finished praying, someone came in and ordered a few hundred of dollars of flowers. Praise the Lord!

Lately YC also had a miscarriage at 6 weeks of pregnancy. After D&C, there were clotting in her womb that gynae gave her a lot of medicine to take. Sunday night, when she was spending quiet time with the Lord, Lord gave her this verse, zephaniah 3:17, ‘The LORD your God is with you, he is mighty to save. He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with his love, he will rejoice over you with singing.’

Yesterday morning, she was back at work. She visited the toilet at 10:30am, around 11:30am, she felt a strong urge to go again. She was wondering maybe she had drunk too much. Anyway, she went again. Instead of pee, a strong gush of blood flow out. As she had no pad on her, she got back and put a panty liner. Amazing that she used a liner for such a heavy flow, but Lord was good to her. Later on, she even joined the colleagues for lunch.

On the way down, she got another urge again, so visited the toilet and another gush of blood flow out. There was only a tiny stain on the panty liner. She was pale and her colleagues told to go home. Her hubby sent her home; she was ok until she reached home. Another urge came and another gush out of blood. This time round the panty liner was fully wet but her panty was clean! Praise the Almighty God that was so caring and carefully about not staining her clothing. :D

She went to her gynae and was told the clotting was gone. Finally she is on the way to heal. Praise the Almighty Lord Jesus, who has healed us. Praise His Almighty Name, Lord Jesus Christ!

Psalm 33

Have you met any angels before? I have, 2 times in fact! The first time was after Lord healed me of the lump on the neck. Recently months, Lord ever sent a 50+ yrs old couple to my ex care group. The man was calm and steady, but there something in him that keep me wondering. His wife didn’t talk much, but from her look, she looked like very excited to share something and yet cannot tell…this excitement look. As I could don’t know them at all, I could only conclude that they were very blessed look. I kept wondering about them for a while, even thou they only came for that 1 time.

Last Saturday, Lord aka Holy Spirit disclosed to me that they were angels. Lord sent them to tell me to memorise all the Psalms. Ha…guess I have yet to follow, that’s why Lord disclosed to me and told me about the Psalms again. Praise the Lord!

As recently I had forgotten about I am righteous in Christ, and had been wondering about if Daddy God still love me, Lord told me to read Psalm 33 when I asked him what should I read. This is a beautiful Psalm and I want to share some of it with you.

Psalm 33:13-15

From heaven the Lord looks down and see all mankind; from his dwelling place he watches all who live on earth – he who forms the hearts of all, who considers everything they do.

Psalm 33:18-22

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him, on those whose hope is in his unfailing love, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.

We wait in hope for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. In him our hearts rejoice, for we trust in his holy name. May your unfailing love rest upon us, O Lord, even as we put our hope in you.

So Brothers and Sisters in Christ, do not doubt on our Lord. Trust Him so that He can take care of you

Lord’s blessings

Lately, I was feeling a bit dry after stopping listening to Pastor Prince’s sermons and went to concentrate on Kenneth Copeland sermons. I decided to resume Pastor Prince sermon, some of those that I had listened long ago.

Two nights ago, I was listening to the sermon, What Abraham believed that made him unbelievably blessed, Pastor was sharing Gal 3:5-10, which I shared in the previous post. That early morning, think it was around 1-2am. I have this thought of sms the verses to Kr. Somehow Lord lead me to do the right thing at the right time. Kr was under some attacks, I didn’t know. I thought I sms her so that she could read it when she woke up the next day. Ha, she sms me and told me that was a good timing. :D

Yesterday, I watched the sermon on 9^th Jan 2005, Why did God allow that to happen?. Pastor was talking about only after Lot left Abram, God showed Abram his blessing, asking him to look Northward, Southward, Eastward and Westward. Lot in Hebrew means veil, this mean Law. So only when one discards follow the Law and trust the Grace of Lord, then s/he could be in the position to receive blessings. I thought of Kr again, because she has just decided to trust Lord and obey Him. Praise the Lord. I did give Karen a call; she was under another attack and so, another right moment. Praise the Lord.

Last Friday, hubby bought a new car but didn’t disclose to me about the purchase. I didn’t know about it till Sunday when he met me after church, for a movie n some grocery shopping. I was not happy that he did not share this joy in his life with me. I complained to a few friends about it, as I was not happy that he doesn’t care about my view at all. He doesn’t believe Daddy God is going to bless me. He said it was a surprise for me though.

YC was telling me that not to be angry, I can consider having 2 cars or upgrade to the other one later. Somehow, I was still not very happy that today I told P about it. Interesting comment from P. He said even though this car was purchased by hubby, Daddy God wants to bless me with 2 cars, I should be happy about it. Upon hearing it, I breaking into smile and finally, I am happy with the purchase. Praise the Lord!

I was listening to the sermon on 5^th Aug 2005, Solving the mystery of the Slain Man in the Field, I was telling WK, Jesus took our judgments for all of our wrong doing. He also was the heifer (female cow) that had its neck broken as atonement for the slain man. When we sin, He suffered for us and redeemed us by being our atonement so that we can emerge victory. So whatever situation you are in, trust in Him will bring you out to victory ground.

In NCC, there are few emphasis on Jesus is the Lord. From the sermons I heard from Kenneth Copeland site, they always end with Jesus is Lord. There is one sermon that Kenneth Copeland said that Lord is the name of our Lord God. From the past daily listening to KCM sermons, now I automatically called Jesus and Holy Spirit as Lord. :D Praise the Lord!

The Righteous One Reign in Life!

Recently, I am dull and a bit moody…as if God is far away from me, even though I know He is nearby. Lord leads me to listen to the sermon, What Abraham believed that made him unbelievably blessed, 3^rd Apr 2005 by Pastor Prince. I have listened to this sermon long ago and have believed what was preached in it. Somehow, recently seem to have a few rounds of attacks that I forgot all that I used to know. This subtle condemnation has crept in without my knowledge. I felt that sis has finished reading her bible is going smoothly for her blessings. I, the one that is lacking behind, am not pleasing to Father God.

This sermons mainly talked about Abraham knew he was righteous in the eye of the Lord. It was not about his behaviour at all. He did lie about his wife was his sister. Lord did not scold him in the bible. Even though he lied to the king, who took his wife, Sarah, Lord did not scold him. The king was scolded instead.

According to Romans 4:5, ‘But to him who does not work but believes on Him (Lord Jesus) who justifies (makes righteous) the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness’. With this, I finally set myself free from the subtle condemnation. As long as I trust Lord Jesus, in His Perfect Work on the cross, I am righteousness by faith in Jesus Christ. Praise the Lord!

From Gal 3:5-9, ‘Therefore He who supplies the Spirit to you and works miracles among you, does He do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.” So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.’ With this faith, I will have the blessings of Abraham. Hallelujah!

For those who feel they have to earn their blessings, Gal 3:10 ‘For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse; for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law, to do them.’ Say that you will be under the curse if you did not fulfill all the laws. Lord told Pastor Prince that works of the mind aka worry is a sin; anything that is not of faith in Lord Jesus Christ is sin. So, rest in the faith of Lord Jesus.

With the above verses, I am finally set free again and back to the joy of the Lord Jesus Christ.

After watching the sermon, I prayed for Jesus blood covering in every corner of my home in the natural and spiritual realm. Lord came to help me clear the adversaries’ attack and told me that I am always His favourite. Praise the Lord! I must remember this.

Lord, thank You a lot for helping me to set me free again. You know me better than I know myself. Without You, I don’t know how will I live. Thanks very much for this great Love for me. Praise Your Almighty Name, Lord Jesus, Hallelujah!

The Word is alive!

Do you know, the word in the bible is alive? Together with the trust we have in the Holy Spirit, the words speak out of faith is anointing to whoever who listens. Isn’t it amazing?

My girl likes to visit my eldest sister’s, Ad, home to play with my nieces. I would bring her there pretty often, when I was there, there wasn’t much for me to do. No PC to serve the web and no sermons to listen. So, what else can I do? Haha…talk about Jesus to sis, of course! :D

Initially, eldest sis told me that they are just stories to her. She didn’t show any keenest in it. Day in day out, when I brought my girl there, I always preached to her. Slowly, she shows signs of interested in listening. News of Su and my blessing also excites her. I continued my talk about Jesus to her.

One fine day, I didn’t know when it started Ad was finally fully trusted in the Lord. I have been asking her to go church with me. But she always said she was very busy with her 3 kids. Finally I decided to let her say the sinner prayer first. I also get Holy Spirit to anoint her and her 2 girls.

This week, I passed her a bible and a few sermons. But she still nagged that she is too busy. Holy Spirit gets me to tell her to buck up if she wants her blessings. :P I call her just now, don’t why she don’t understand the Chinese sermon even though she is so keen in reading Chinese storybook. Anyway, I am happy that finally she has accepted Christ. Praise the Lord!

Recently, I also have good new from Kr. After so much time spent in talking to her, pulling her close to Lord Jesus and encouraging her, finally, she took her first step to trust the Lord to deliver her. Hallelujah! Both Holy Spirit and I were jumping with joy when she told us. Praise the Lord!
